I would like to:

It allows patients to pay a fixed monthly payment to cover a number of dental check-ups, dental hygiene visits and dental X-rays.

Denplan Essentials yearly is an easy budgeting plan that covers the foundations of your dental care, helping to stop problems before they start.

Insurance: For 60p extra per month

Your Denplan Supplementary insurance includes: worldwide dental injury and dental emergency cover.

What does it include?

Every twelve months, our members are entitled to the following:

A dental appointment, including a clinical examination, a check for signs of oral cancer and routine X-rays.
A hygiene appointment to provide a full clean of the teeth and gums and advice on how to keep your mouth healthy.
Preventive dental advice and therapy.

Discounts

10% discount on any laboratory-based treatments required, i.e. crowns, bridges and dentures.
10% discount on any fillings.
10% discount on many other treatments (extractions etc).
10% discount on additional hygiene care.

(Please note: discounting does not apply to Facial Aesthetics Treatments, tooth whitening or sundries products.)

Insurance

This is arranged for you to provide cover towards the cost of dental treatment in an emergency or following a dental injury and can be used in the UK and abroad.

Your Denplan Supplementary Insurance cover gives you…

Emergency dental treatment when you are over 40 miles away from your registered Denplan provider.*
Cover for treatment following a dental injury.
Cover for out-of-hours consultations in the event of a dental injury or dental emergency.
A hospital cash benefit if you are admitted overnight for dental treatment.
Worldwide emergency dental treatment.
Mouth cancer covers up to £12,000.

* When you’re within 40 miles of your registered Denplan provider, you should speak to your practice regarding the emergency dental care agreements in place for you outside of normal surgery hours.

TOXIN REDUCTION

We aim to be an ‘amalgam-free’ practice and are committed to lower the environmental impact from the use of industrial mercury, which is a constituent of dental amalgam fillings.

SAFE USE & DISPOSAL OF CHEMICALS

We have special equipment such as safe filters in our suction and waste pipes to minimise our patient’s exposure to mercury when old dental metal fillings have to be taken out.

ENERGY CONSERVATION

In every area of our practice we have embraced the latest technology and installed the latest heating, insulation and energy recycling processes to significantly lower the energy consumption of the practice.

The girls today saved me! Ive broken my back, had 2 kids and stepped on lego but none of that matched the dental pain i was suffering. Their emergency treatment was fast, efficent and cheap! I was totally terrified but they were so warm, friendly and reassuring and i left pain free. Sorry for nearly breaking your hand but thank you for removing my tooth.Made the journey from St Austell to St Mawes worth while. XxxxX

A few months back I went here for an emergency dentist appointment. The staff was very friendly and kept the place very clean! I was getting an infected tooth removed and the dentist doing this was very understanding and also explained everything that was going to happen. She understood my anxiety and helped me deal with it. She also made sure that I would be comfortable during the entire thing! So thank you for everything and I reccomend that you book here!

Thank you so much!!!!!!I had to book an emergancy appointment due to having some agonising tooth pain. St Mawes got me in next day. I am a very anxious patient after having a recent tooth extraction cause intense pain. However I didn't feel a thing at St Mawes, I even laughed when it came out because I couldn't believe how much I had worked myself up about it. The team were excellent, friendly, informative and quick. 10/10 on all counts.This experience has completely numbed my anxeity towards dental work. If you have an appointment here, you are in excellent hands.
